    Time frame for order cancellation after placing an order.

    • You can only cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

    We will provide a full refund if an item arrives in any of the following conditions:

    Conditions for Ineligible Returns

    Item Has Not Arrived Within 35 Days for US Orders or 60 Days for International Orders:

    If your order has not been delivered within 35 days (for US orders) or 60 days (for international orders) from the date of purchase, please notify us. We will investigate the issue and either refund your purchase or reship your order based on your preference.

    Replacement orders will follow the standard processing time (7 business days for processing and 2 - 4 weeks for delivery). Customers do not need to pay any replacement or resend fees in these cases.

    Refunds will be processed immediately upon receiving your request. The credit will be returned to your account within 3 - 10 days, depending on your bank.

    Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
    • Items with minor imperfections that can be easily remedied (e.g., loose threads)
    • Items without original tags or packaging
    • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team
    • Customer changed their mind (no longer wants the item)
